Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events occur occasionally in everyone’s life but want to be effective and fair to all clients and so honor the following policies:

24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.  This allows for changing my shedule with enough advance notice or the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. 
If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you may incur a $15 rescheduling fee (payable prior to the future session).
At times, I may require a half-price cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  Depending upon how late you arrive, I would then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session.  Regardless of the length of the actual session, you would normally be responsible to pay for the full session. It's always best to try and arrive a bit early.
